Please understand I'm a full-time Real Estate agent. I love making fun and unique pieces, I work pretty fast and put a lot of good quality and time into each piece tho I can not guarantee completely perfect work!
My turnaround time is usually 2-4 weeks after starting a peice depending on my workload, I do not give completion dates, but I do take rush commissions.
I will always keep you updated if the wait time gets long, feel free to DM at any time and we can talk about any issues.

I have the right to decline any commission no matter who you are and no matter where we are in the process.

I will add you to my que and whenever I reach out to you thats when ill ask for payment. Please have payment ready! I know this doesnt work for everyone so please let me know if you need to pay before hand <3

Payments

I accept Cashapp & Venmo.
If you need to use paypal there can be added fees!

Multiple payments

I don't usually accept multiple payments but if I do here's what you would need to know.
There will be a set schedule and a small fee for missing payments (we will discuss what it would be). While waiting for the full payment you could be put on hold or I could work on the sketch to get approved, after approval I will not show any work that gets done until full payment has been paid.
If the payment is by card you will be charged the app fees.

Physical art

Physical art is always a risk! aka Buttons and Posca badges!
If something messes up during the prosses of a physical piece I will try my best to fix it, if it is a lost cause we will talk about what can be done. Depending on how big the piece is and how far I was in the proses I might not be able to restart.
I can always make the piece digital or give you a refund.
Buttons: Please understand that if your button doesn't get pressed correctly I will try to get a copy of the scanned piece but if that doesn't look the best you will get an 80% refund or we can talk about a different solution.
Sometimes it can be saved but put in a different shape. In this picture, you can see how this was saved but the sides were cut uneven from the press.

Asking for changes

Feel free to make changes any time before I finish lining

-Please make sure you ask all the changes you want in the sketch phase
-The first 6 changes are free
-Keep in mind I don't want to be making 20 different changes
-Fees will be added if your requesting a bunch of different changes
-Design changes are to be made when I send you the flat colors for approval. If you see any changes make sure you let me know asap! Depending on how far ahead in the shading process I might not be able to make changes but I will definitely try!

Printing/ Shipping

If you would like me to print off and ship your art piece just let me know and we can talk about shipping. Most of my art commissions can qualify. You just have to ask.

RIGHTS TO MY ARTWORK:

THE ARTWORK ITSELF BELONGS TO ME -
YOU MAY NOT SELL IT. REMOVE MY SIGNATURE. I MAY USE THE ARTWORK FOR PERSONAL ADVERTISEMENT OR GALLERIES UNLESS THE COMMISSIONER EXPLICITLY ASKS OTHERWISE PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF THE ART PIECE. YOU MAY POST THE ARTWORK TO YOUR OWN GALLERIES WITH CREDIT AND MUST HAVE MY SIGNATURE! I DO ASK THAT YOU WAIT TO REPOST TO YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL I HAVE FIRST POSTED TO MINE.
ASK BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PIECE PHYSIC IN ANY WAY!
You do not have the right to re sell any of my art unless stated other wise!!!
DO NOT PUT MY ART INTO ANYTHING AI RELATED IF YOU DO THIS THERE WILL BE MAJOR REPERCUSSIONS!

Cancellations & Refunds:

If your commission is terminated and refunded, ALL RIGHTS to the supplied artwork are returned to me as the artist to use as I please, you do not get to use any of it! Unless stated otherwise
If I see you using the art in any way you will be blacklisted and blocked!

I will NOT give a refund once the commission is complete.
→85% refund before starting
→70% refund if the sketch is started
I do not give refunds after lining the stage!
You are not guaranteed a refund

What will not be tolerated:

-Asking me to copy someone's art style
-Being straight up rude
-Laughing at my art
-Tearing down my style
-Emotional extortion
-Complaining why something got finished before you

Please Save your art!

I have had too many art pieces lost and it is not my responsibility to keep up with your art. I send pieces through email and I try to add them to my Trello where you can download full res files.
